This is not the sole source of Oklahoma laws that relate to marriage/divorce/dissolution of marriage. How to look up a State of Oklahoma, District Court Filing by Case Number: (to look a case filing up this way, you will need to know the County in which it is filed and the Case Number)

  1. Go to OSCN – Oklahoma State Courts Network https://www.oscn.net/v4/
  2. Click on Court Records
  3. Click on All Available Oklahoma Courts
  4. Scroll down to the County where the action is filed and click on the County
  5. Enter the Case Number (for example FD-2019-XXX)
  6. Click Go

How to look up a State of Oklahoma, District Court Filing by Name:

  1. Go to OSCN – Oklahoma State Courts Network https://www.oscn.net/v4/
  2. Click on Court Records
  3. Click on Search OSCN Dockets
  4. Go to SEARCH BY PARTY
  5. Type in the Last Name
  6. Type in the First Name
  7. Type in the Middle Name, if unknown, type in the first letter of middle name followed by five % signs. Some filings do not have a middle name, so omit the middle name if no result if found.
  8. Click Go

When doing this type of search, if you have not typed the name as it appears in the Court filing, you will not be able to find the case filing by this method.
